Here are some of the wonderful testimonials that clients have given us over the thirty-plus years of doing remodeling and construction work for them. Most of our clients are repeat customers that we have worked with to complete several remodeling projects to their homes. Some have become longtime friends. Some we have even helped more than one generation of their families to complete remodels and repairs. This is important as we also want to extend the influence of our own family into the community to help others with their needs, and dreams.
As a remodeling company we have assisted clients primarily in the Santa Rosa, CA area, although we have also completed many projects in the neighboring Sonoma County communities of Oakmont, Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Cotati, Larkfield, Wikiup, Kenwood, Healdsburg, Cloverdale, Windsor, Sebastopol, Occidental, Forestville, Guerneville.
We hope that we can be as helpful to you with any remodel project that you have in mind.
To somewhat protect the privacy of our clients, we have left some names off of their testimonials.

The owners wanted more space and a double vanity in the mid-1980’s bathroom, plus wanted to update it to match what they’ve done in the rest of the home. The room was extended a couple of feet into the over-sized adjacent bedroom and the footprint was re-configured a bit by moving things around. Then, a new vanity and cabinets were installed, along with a new tile shower and floor system, a pocket door, some decorative niches, new lighting and ventilator, new frameless heavy-glass shower door set, and new plumbing fixtures.

Both bathrooms and the kitchen were fully remodeled, as well as the addition of a new gas-fired “fireplace” in the living room. The home needed additional perimeter blocking installed to help support the added weight of the drywall. The garage was also re-vamped to create better, and more, storage. All of the flooring was replaced. Lighting was changed and new ceiling fans were added. The home hardly looks like a manufactured home now!
