New Construction & Structural Work:
We don’t construct many new buildings these days, but we certainly do a lot of major structural reworking &repairs of buildings in our remodeling projects.
There are so many things that new construction and structural work could involve, but to note a few here: changing a roof line to bring the building up-to-date or to protect a building’s walls from the weather; adding a feature that dresses it up a bit (gable entry for example); maybe raising a roof and creating a new floor level; or raising a building and creating a basement; adding square footage for some particular use; sometimes it’s major repairs.
Photos we’ll post here show substantial changes, along with progress photos, and some Before and After shots. This is only the proverbial ‘tip of the iceberg’.
